Colony Financial Company Description
We are a real estate finance company, which was formed in June 2009. We intend to acquire, originate, and manage commercial mortgage loans and other commercial real estate related debts. We will be externally managed by Colony Financial Manager, a wholly owned subsidiary of Colony Capital to qualify as a real estate investment trust (REIT).
